Fizzing former Rangers boss Dick Advocaat has slaughtered Jaap Stam after the Dutch legend claimed he deserved credit for Feyenoord's revival this season.
The Dutch club enjoyed an excellent second half of the season - after being eliminated in Rangers' group in the Europa League -after veteran boss Advocaat succeeded Stam at De Kuip and the 72-year-old is set to continue next season too.
But Manchester United legend Stam - now in charge of FC Cincinnati in the MLS - insisted he deserved a chunk of credit for Feyenoord's revival.
