A deputy headteacher has appeared in court charged with a string of sexual offences - including the rape of a child. Julie Morris appeared in court on October 29 via video link from prison.
The 44-year-old, who works as an educator in Wigan, did not enter a plea at Liverpool Crown Court for the 18 offences she has been charged with, reports Manchester Evening News.
They include two counts of raping a child under the age of 13 and nine counts of causing or inciting a child under the age of 13 to engage in sexual activity.
The offences for which she has been charged are not related to her current employment in Wigan.Ms Morris, of Ancroft Drive, Hindley, is expected to enter a plea to the charges against her in December.Meanwhile, a St Helens
