David Beckham’s tattoos have been censored by Chinese TV broadcasters. His arms, legs and body were blurred in a screening of documentary David Beckham Into The Unknown because the inkings are seen as "immoral and vulgar".
The show follows the ex football ace as he travels into the Amazon rainforest in Brazil with best friend Dave Gardner – the partner of actress Liv Tyler.
But tattoos are banned from TV screens in the communist state, along with any other aspect of "hip hop culture", and stars including Justin Bieber have been barred from touring there.
