To coincide with Mental Health Awareness Week, the BBC has launched a new Mindful Mix on its Sounds app. Combining classical music and sounds from nature, it also features an introduction from David Attenborough.The fourth edition of the Mindful Mix series, which launched earlier this year, this one, says the Beeb, is specifically aimed at alleviating “anxiety in people recovering from COVID-19, their families and healthcare professionals”.
