dailystar.co.ukA grieving dad who held his murdered child in his arms as his face "drained" of life has explained his shock after his son was shot through the kitchen window of the family home.
Michael Rainsford, 20, was killed after two bullets struck him in his chest and back as he stood downstairs in his Litherland home at 11.10pm on Tuesday night.
Devastated dad-of-seven Michael, 53, said he saw his son run from the kitchen into the hallway in a bid to get away from the gunman.
