A dad and his partner have been charged over the death of 'cheeky' six-year-old boy. Arthur Labinjo-Hughes was found unresponsive at the family home in Solihull, West Midlands, on Tuesday.
The youngster, who was found in cardiac arrest, was taken to hospital where he died in the early hours of the following morning.
Arthur’s father Thomas Hughes, 27, and his partner Emma Tustin, 31, were arrested on Tuesday and have now been charged with causing or allowing the death of a child.
