'Cruel' thugs throw defenceless pup against wall in harrowing footage

The video, which took place while the nation observes a lockdown showed a little pup being thrown around and flipped in the air, before being thrown into a paddling pool, reports Dublin live.
The incident, which took place in West Dublin, also shows the dog struggling to break free of the young person's grasp, being thrown over the pool and against a concrete wall.
Although the news outlet reports seeing the video, it has not been published to avoid causing further distress. The animal service My Lovely Horse Rescue said that their welfare team was dealing with the situation.
