Covid-19 cases are on the rise in the UK and an interactive map from Public Health England has revealed the worst hit areas.
The areas are broken down by postcode with some stark findings emerging as health chiefs closely monitor and look to curb the spread with localised lockdowns.
The results updated from last week show a neighbourhood in Bradford had the biggest surge in cases last week. Shearbridge, in West Yorkshire, home to the University of Bradford, recorded 32 cases in the week that ended July 26The next four worst-hit areas of England were all also in the north of England which could mean further localised restrictions of people's movements are put in place.
