Corrie fans touched by Tracy Barlow’s tribute to her late mother Deirdre

evoke.ieIt has been six years since actress Anne Kirkbride, who was best known for playing Deirdre Barlow on Coronation Street, sadly passed away.
However, Corrie fans were touched by the tribute the soap played out for the actress, given by her on-screen daughter Tracy Barlow.
Anne was only 60 years old when she died on 15 January 2015 after losing her battle with breast cancer, and her character Deirdre also passed away on the soap.
However, as one of the longest-running characters, Coronation Street has not forgotten Deirdre over the years, and viewers were emotional seeing Tracy talk about her mother in the most recent episode.
