A person wearing a full hazmat suit was spotted stocking up at a Tesco Extra store as the spread of coronavirus continues to panic the nation.

Ethan Mees has spoken of his shock at seeing the person stocking up on food in the meat aisle of the Tesco Extra store in Yeovil, Somerset.

Pictures show the person wearing a turquoise suit, shoe covers, latex gloves and a large black gas mask. Witnesses said the person was stockpiling on a loaf of bread, three packs of mince beef and "some sort of meat joint", Somerset Live reports.
