Coronavirus 'came from space in meteor that exploded in China' claims astrobiologist

A scientist has said claimed coronavirus came from space and was carried by a meteor that exploded in China back in October.

Professor Chandra Wickramasinghe of the Buckingham Centre for Astrobiology has alleged that the explosive meteor released "viral particles." He told The Express: "The sudden outbreak of a new coronavirus is very likely to have a space connection." Professor Wickramasinghe also spoke to MailOnline and revealed that the virus either fell to Earth or got caught up in the stratospheric air currents that circle the Earth.
