thesun.co.ukCORONATION Street newcomer Tom Roberts has shed light on his mysterious character Scott. Scott turned up on the cobbles looking to rent out the spare room at the Rovers Return during last night's episode.
And while he may have hit it off with the likes of Liz McDonald, when landlord Johnny Connor came face-to-face with their new tenant, he suddenly looked very uncomfortable.
The landlord immediately recognised Scott and tried to persuade Jenny to take an impromptu holiday with him to escape an awkward reunion.
Speaking to Inside Soap, Tom assured fans of the ITV soap that Johnny had every right to panic after reuniting with his old acquaintance.
