Dalmellington residents have been notified of a proposed major housing development on their back door.But some say the developers are using the COVID-19 lockdown to ‘railroad’ the scheme through the planning process without proper scrutiny.The proposals relate to land near to Broomknowe and involve up to 70 new houses.One concerned resident said: “Numbers are being touted that this new project will include up to 70 new houses.
