Turns out Christopher Nolan does allow chairs on the sets of his films, after Anne Hathaway claimed the director banned them in order to maximize productivity.Responding to Anne's claims, the director's spokesperson Kelly Bush Novak said that while Christopher, 49, prefers not to use a chair, he does allow everyone else to sit as they please.'For the record, the only things banned from [Christopher Nolan's] sets are cell phones (not always successfully) and smoking (very successfully),' Kelly said in a statement to IndieWire.
