Christine McGuinness 'anxious' and 'really not fine' about seeing ex Paddy at NTAs

Christine McGuinness has opened up about how “nervous” and “anxious” she feels about seeing her ex Paddy at the National Television Awards on Thursday.The pair, who split this summer, are nominated for a gong for a tell-all documentary they made about their life as a family with autistic children.

Christine, 34, took to Instagram to give fans an insight into how she’s feeling ahead of the star-studded event in London and admitted that she had missed the social media platform as an “outlet” for her feelings. Christine said: "I'm not going to lie. I'm not going to come on and say: 'I'm fine. I'm just having a little quiet time'. I'm really not fine."There's been far too much on my plate recently, but I'm doing OK.

I'm having more good days than bad and I've missed talking of myself on here.”The model also promised to be a “little more active” on Instagram but because she’s not feeling “100% herself”, she may go quiet at times.
