In a series of tweets on Monday (July 13), Chance sounded like he was throwing his support behind the quixotic third-party presidential run that West announced over the 4th of July weekend, while simultaneously throwing shade at one of West's potential presidential rivals, presumptive Democratic candidate Joe Biden.
