Dundee United have been forced to shut down parts of Tannadice meaning 2000 Celtic fans will miss out on Sunday's clash. United officials have been working overtime to assess and repair problems with the roof of the Jerry Kerr stand caused by Storm Arwen earlier in the week.It caused city council chiefs to close the street outside the stadium and local authority health and safety inspectors have carried out an assessment of the structure.
