Caroline Flack took a drug overdose the night before her court appearance in December, which was two months prior to her tragic death, an inquest into her death has heard.The Love Island star took her own life at her flat in Stoke Newington, north London on 15 February this year, hours after she discovered court trail over an alleged assault would be going ahead. And, in an inquest on Wednesday 5 August, it has been revealed that two months before she was found in her flat that she had “taken a small overdose”.

Caroline Flack, 40, who was discovered dead at her Islington flat on February 15, had previously taken an overdose on December 22, two months before taking her own life. At the inquest into her death today, Dr Brian Wells, a Harley Street psychiatrist, said that Caroline had apparently "taken a small overdose" and was "fully conscious although somewhat inebriated".Dr Wells was told that the TV star had been "drinking alcohol" by her management.He arrived at Caroline's hotel room within 30 minutes and discovered that she was in an unwell state.Dr Wells recalled: "Inside I found a lady who was inebriated in bed, vomiting into a waste bin."There were others present being supportive.
