At the inquest into her death today, Dr Brian Wells, a Harley Street psychiatrist, said that Caroline had apparently "taken a small overdose" and was "fully conscious although somewhat inebriated".Dr Wells was told that the TV star had been "drinking alcohol" by her management.He arrived at Caroline's hotel room within 30 minutes and discovered that she was in an unwell state.Dr Wells recalled: "Inside I found a lady who was inebriated in bed, vomiting into a waste bin."There were others present being supportive.
