An exhausted carer at a nursing home where 13 residents have died during the coronavirus epidemic says each shift is "getting worse".
Anne Clark was on her third shift in a row where a patient in her care had died as she described a grim situation that is playing out inside many care homes amid fears that thousands of residents have died.
Inside the Sheffield home where Ms Clark works, a TV crew reported seeing overstretched workers wearing inadequate personal protective equipment in understaffed wards, and frail patients struggling to breathe.
There is growing concern over increasing deaths in care homes and Health Secretary Matt Hancock has admitted the Government needs "to do more" for the care sector.
