BBC actress revealed that she's had messages from people questioning why she was shooting the latest instalment of the East End drama when she was clearly pregnant, particularly when her character Trixie wasn't.Helen – who gave birth to her second daughter, Lark, late last year – took to Twitter to respond to her critics and suggested that people just support each other."I've seen too many ridiculous comments about my pregnancy whilst filming Call The Midwife," she wrote, adding that she thanked those who had sent "the lovely comments"."Women get pregnant, our bodies change.

But we have the right to work if we choose to do so. How about just supporting it, and don't question it?"Plenty of fans chimed in to say they agreed with the 37-year-old.One person tweeted: "Carrie Bradshaw - Sex and The City, Monica Bing - Friends.

And a million other actresses of child bearing age! I do love it when a troll's comments backfire!"Another said: "Having worked all through my pregnancies in the 90s I'm very aware of people's supposed entitlement to ask personal questions about why I bothered to get pregnant if I was going to work.

Sad that it's continuing almost 30 years on."Continue to rise above it Helen.""You have your right to work whilst pregnant," said another, adding: "Love and support for you Helen.""It's absolutely ridiculous someone else even feels they can comment on your body choices," said another fan."I'm an actress and worked pregnant, I had to faint on stage every day but did so safely.
