Caitlin Clark Strikes Back, Shoves Opponent In Chippy WNBA Game

deadline.comShe’s not gonna take it anymore. Caitlin Clark, who has received her fair share of abuse from opponents during her first year in the WNBA, decided to give some back in Wednesday’s 89-83 loss against the Washington Mystics.
Clark took out her frustration on Mystics guard Julie Vanloo in the second quarter. Vanloo and Clark were in a shoving match as Clark attempted to get herself in position to receive a pass from her teammate.
That’s when Clark shoved Vanloo a little bit harder than normal. A replay video showed some words between Vanloo and Clark. Clark finished the game with 29 points and 13 rebounds.
