A "bubbly, happy" young woman "who would give you her last penny," but had fallen prey to crack cocaine, died after swallowing an overdose in an apparent cry for help, an inquest heard.

Keala Sade Hurst-Bridge, 20, who was born in Manchester, died at 10pm on April 3, 2020 at Wythenshaw Hospital after taking an overdose of medication.

At an inquest in Manchester Coroners Court, the court heard how Keala, had been diagnosed with emotionally unstable personality disorder and anxiety and was receiving care under the Greater Manchester Mental Health Care Trust.
