Britain's worst young offender has been arrested 191 times by the age of 16, it has been revealed. The youth has plagued Northumbria Police - the force that features most in the list of top 10 offenders under the age of 18.
Northumbria officers have also had to deal with another teenager who comes second in the list of top tearaways - with 151 arrests to their name by the age of 17.
Two other juveniles have also been arrested by the force 85 and 62 times. Meanwhile in Kent, four repeat offenders have more than 50 arrests on their record - one who was first arrested at the age of just 11.
Now 17, the individual has been arrested 69 times for offences including arson, burglary, possessing an offensive weapon and drink-driving.
