Thug who shoved pensioner in head unmasked as sex offender with 100 arrests

A thug who allegedly shoved a pensioner in the head as he walked past her on the pavement has been unmasked as a sex offender with more than 100 arrests on his record.

Rashid Brimmage, 31, has been charged with the random daytime attack on a 92-year-old, video of which sparked outrage across the world as the elderly victim hit her head on a fire hydrant.

The victim, named as Geraldine from the Bronx, New York, has told US media how she is now scared to walk alone in her neighbourhood.

Geraldine has told how she thought she had been hit by a brick when she was shoved and blood began dripping from her head from where it hit the metal structure.
