Breonna Taylor's boyfriend, Kenneth Walker, filed a lawsuit Tuesday over his arrest the night Taylor was shot and killed by police, asking the court to declare him «immune» from prosecution, citing the state's «stand your ground» law, according to CBS affiliate WLKY.
Walker fired at officers when they entered Taylor's home on March 13, later claiming he believed that they were intruders and was acting in self-defense.
