A three-year-old boy has claimed he saw a suitcase with a missing toddler's lifeless body stuffed inside. William Tyrell was dubbed the Australian Madeleine McCann after he went missing in 2014 whilst playing in the garden with his sister, under the care of his foster grandparents.
