An 11-year-old boy who survived a horror car crash in February has woken up from his two-month-long coma only to learn via Google that the accident killed four of his cousins.
The group of seven children had just left their home and were on their way to buy ice cream when they were struck by a driver who was allegedly high on a combination of MDMA and cocaine when he got behind the wheel of his vehicle after a day of drinking.
Charbel Kassas woke up in early April after spending more than two months unconscious in Sydney’s Westmead Children’s Hospital.
