dailystar.co.ukMadeleine McCann case has claimed her disappearance may have been a case of burglary gone wrong.Appearing on the ITV documentary Madeleine McCann: The Hunt For The Prime Suspect, Public Prosecutor for Braunschweig Hans Christian Wolters argued that her kidnapper may have grabbed her in a spur of the moment decision.Wolters believes she was taken by convicted German paedophile Christian Brueckner, the lead suspect in Maddie's disappearance.Speaking on the documentary, he said Brueckner had a record of breaking into holiday apartments in and around Praia da Luz, the Portuguese resort where Maddie, three, was staying with her family when she went missing.The prosecutor added that he may have taken the child on a whim after breaking into her.
