A brazen thief who smashed through a museum with a sledgehammer and ran off with a painting by Vincent van Gogh has been caught on video.
Newly-released CCTV from Singer Laren museum in the Netherlands shows the daring heist on March 30, which was broadcast on a crime show in the country.
In the clip, the thief arrives outside the museum in the middle of the night on a motorcycle. The burglar, wearing a balaclava, then forcibly smashes a sledgehammer against the glass door until it shatters.
