Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson Hon FRIBA (born 19 June 1964) is a British politician, writer, and former journalist serving as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and Leader of the Conservative Party since 2019. He was Foreign Secretary from 2016 to 2018 and Mayor of London from 2008 to 2016. Johnson was Member of Parliament for Henley from 2001 to 2008 and has been MP for Uxbridge and South Ruislip since 2015. Ideologically, Johnson identifies as a one-nation conservative.

Manchester United, Man City and the Premier League itself as coronavirus cases rise. Supporters have been returning to selected sporting events since July as the UK Government planned to get fans back in stadiums on a limited capacity basis permanently from October 1 at the earliest.But a rise in coronavirus cases across the country has led to the UK Government making the call to suspend those test events pending a review.In Johnson's daily briefing he talked about new measures being taken after what he described was a 'rapid rise in cases' in the last few days.Social gatherings of more than six people will be banned from Monday indoors or outdoors including homes, parks, pubs and restaurants.
