Boris Johnson is poised to tear up David Cameron's NHS reforms, leaked documents have revealed. NHS commissioners would no longer be forced to put services out to tender in the private sector market under the new plans.
And in a huge power grab for Matt Hancock, the Health Secretary will be given direct power over NHS bodies. A draft of the forthcoming Health White Paper, suggests putting an end to competition for services within the NHS.
