Boris Johnson has been accused of breaking his promise to publish communications with billionaire Sir James Dyson. Downing Street published a summary of contacts but stopped short of disclosing their messages - despite Mr Johnson's pledge to do so in Parliament on Wednesday.
The Prime Minister insisted on Friday that there was nothing "sleazy" about their discussions, where he promised to "fix" a tax issue for Dyson staff working on ventilators at the height of the pandemic.
Labour blasted the Government for presiding over a day of "cover-ups and cock-ups" and accused Mr Johnson of going "back on his promise" at Prime Minister's Questions this week.
