showbiz gossip straight to your inbox with the Daily Star's FREE newsletterSinger Bob Dylan has been accused of abusing a 12-year-old girl, known in court documents as J.C, in the sixties as he faces a lawsuit claiming assault, battery, false imprisonment and infliction of emotional distress.The civil lawsuit was filed on Friday with allegations that he plied the girl with drugs and alcohol before sexually abusing her in his apartment at New York’s Hotel Chelsea in 1965.It is claimed that he used “drugs, alcohol and threats of physical violence”, which is said to have left her “emotionally scarred and psychologically damaged to this day”.A representative for Bob Dylan has denied the claims.The alleged victim claims in her 13-page lawsuit.
