The furious car owner posted the clip online, saying he had never experienced like it in his 10 years living in the city. In the tense, expletive-laden video, the man, who says he was cleaning his car's seat in a Twitter post, becomes irate at the complete stranger after she stops and demands to know if he knows the vehicle's registration plate number.
