ITV's sitcom Birds of a Feather has been axed due to Pauline Quirke and Linda Robson's alleged ongoing feud, according to reports.After the Christmas special, which managed to accumulate an impressive 7.9million viewers despite Pauline's absence, co-star Lesley Joseph hoped ITV would renew the programme for a new series.But the Daily Mail has reported that TV bosses could not see the show continuing without Linda, 63, and Pauline, 61, starring together as sisters Sharon and Tracey.Speaking to the publication about the sitcom, a source said: "Without Pauline, the view is that there is no Birds Of A Feather.
