Nikki Grahame died less than 24 hours after leaving the eating disorder clinic where she had been receiving treatment for anorexia, it has been reported.
Family and friends are said to have believed the former Big Brother star's health was improving and were 'cautiously optimistic' she was moving in the right direction.
While hoping to see Nikki get better, those closest to her were said to have been concerned when she left the clinic last week for surgery.
