The reality TV favourite had been receiving treatment at a clinic in Dorchester after her condition worsened during lockdown.
Nikki's friends managed to raise £69,000 through a Go Fund Me page for specialist treatment, however the star never made it to the eating disorder clinic as there were no beds available at the time.
Instead Nikki was treated at Dorset County Hospital which she left after three weeks on April 9 to start a 'more relaxed' private treatment at home.
