Ana De-Armas
Ana Celia de Armas Caso (born 30 April 1988) is a Cuban actress. She began her career as a teenager in her native Cuba and most notably had a leading role in the romantic drama Una rosa de Francia (2006). At the age of 18, she moved to Madrid, Spain and starred in the popular teen drama El Internado for six seasons from 2007 to 2010. After moving to Los Angeles, de Armas had English-speaking roles in the horror film Knock Knock (2015) and the crime drama War Dogs (2016). She had a supporting role in the sports biopic Hands of Stone (2016).

BGT star breaks down over Netflix's Blonde film and says it’s 'assassination of an icon'

Britain's Got Talent star Suzie Kennedy has slammed Netflix's Blonde film and dubbed it as "assassination of an icon".The stunning comedian who starred on BGT in 2020, appeared on James Whale Unleashed on TalkTV last week.Appearing on the late night show on Friday night (September 23), Suzie spoke about the new Netflix film which was dropped onto the platform that same day.READ NEXT: Buckingham Palace 'moves to protect' King Charles from 'exploitative' The CrownStarring Ana De Armas, the film is described as "a look at the rise to fame and the epic demise of actress Marilyn Monroe, one of the biggest stars in the world".Speaking on James Whale's TalkTV show, Suzie slammed the film after watching it at a cinema in Chelsea.James asked Suzie why she had been upset, explaining how when she arrived he thought she was "going to cry".

Getting emotional on the show, Suzie said: "If the film was like the trailer I'd be sitting here going 'isn't it lovely' because the casting is great, she looks amazing."Adding that the film is "nothing like that [the trailer]" and branding it as "an absolute assassination of Marilyn Monroe's legacy."Netflix's Blonde is based on a novel written by Joyce Carol Oates - a book that Suzie read half of "before throwing it in the bin".
