BBC Breakfast's typical format endured yet another shake-up after Nina Warhurst joined Jon Kay on the red sofa to present this mornings programme.

Jon typically presents alongside co-host Sally Nugent on Tuesday's, but the 51-year-old was nowhere to be seen on the first show following the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II.
