Bake Off star Kim-Joy was brought to tears by a "bullying" gym instructor and went on Instagram to deliver a powerful message about mental health.
The Leeds-based baker, 30, walked out of the exercise class in tears after the instructor made her feel upset. She accompanied her story with a picture of herself crying in her car, writing: "It’s okay to say NO and walk away to protect your own mental health. "I walked out of an exercise class today due to a bullying instructor, and I feel good about it.
I cried afterwards in the car but this is mostly angry cries, as well as disappointed cries because WHY are people like this?!
