The fatal shot was fired from a car window and witnesses claim the shooter was targeting someone in front of or at the Quick Tyres and Quick Shine Car Wash in Blackburn, Lancs.
Three men - aged 39, 33, and 36 - remain in custody after being arrested on suspicion of murdering the University of Salford student whose family fled war-torn Lebanon when she was a young child.
