Two men have been charged with the murder of Salford University law student Aya Hachem. The 19-year-old was killed in a drive-by shooting in Blackburn on Sunday.
Feroz Suleman, 39, of Shear Brow, Blackburn, and Abubakir Satia, 31, of Oxford Close, Blackburn, have been charged with murder and attempted murder.
Lancs Police say the murder charge relates to Ms Hachem and the attempted murder charge to the man believed to be the intended target.
