The grieving family of Aya Hachem who was gunned down in broad daylight on her way to do food shopping have released new photos and said she was "the most loyal, devoted daughter".
Aya, who was studying law at the University of Salford, died from a gunshot wound to the chest in Blackburn, Lancashire, last Sunday.
Police say shots were fired from a Toyota Avensis vehicle, but they do not believe the 19-year-old was the intended target of the attack.
The incident unfolded close to a Lidl supermarket. The family album snaps show a smiling Aya in front of what appears to be a birthday cake adorned with gold balloons, reports the Manchester Evening News.
