He was Foreign Secretary from 2016 to 2018 and Mayor of London from 2008 to 2016. Johnson was Member of Parliament for Henley from 2001 to 2008 and has been MP for Uxbridge and South Ruislip since 2015. Ideologically, Johnson identifies as a one-nation conservative.

In new measures introduced by the Prime Minister on Wednesday evening, December 8, people across the country were told that tougher face mask rules would be introduced.

Visitors to post offices, pharmacies, banks and other high street retailers are also expected to wear a mask unless exempt. Those who refuse to wear masks could be fined up to £6,400.
