Alison Hammond advised This Morning viewers to “bang out” children while you’re young as she revealed how she wished she had more children in her youth.During Friday’s instalment of the popular ITV morning show, Dermot O’Leary and his 46-year-old co-host welcomed Gyles Brandreth onto the show as they discussed how women were waiting until their thirties to start a family.Recent studies show that on average, women are giving birth to their first child at the age of 31 as many focus on a thriving career before becoming parents. The TV personality – who is mum to her 16-year-old son – confessed how she wished she had welcomed more children when she was young after she gave birth on her 30th birthday. She told viewers at home: "I had my first child when I was 29.

Sorry - he came on my 30th birthday actually so I'm a statistic and for me that was the perfect age. "But I actually felt like I wanted to have more children, I wish I'd had more children earlier if I'm honest with you 'cause I just felt like I should have had more." Later on in the discussion, Alison advised viewers to "bang those children out" at a young age.

She went on: "Sometimes we just want it to be perfect and our lives to be like this and sometimes just bang those children out. "They're still going to grow up, they're still going to eat even if you haven't got [a lot]. "Think about when your parents were young - they didn't have any money and we still grew up. "Look at me - I grew up into a fine young lady.

We hardly had any money at all and you just get on with it. "I just think bang them out, get those kids out early because the early stage is really quite difficult.
