Where is Phillip Schofield on ITV This Morning? Host replaced by Alison Hammond in last minute shake-up

Phillip Schofield has been replaced on This Morning. The presenter has been forced off the show for at least the rest of this week after testing positive for coroanvirus.

Phillip, 59, took to Instagram on Monday night with a picture of his Lateral Flow Test. It came hours after he appeared live on the ITV daytime show alongside Rochelle Humes. Rochelle and Alison, who presents the programme on a Friday alongside Dermot O'Leary, have been at the helm of This Morning before.

The pair were seen on the show together last September during another week of chaos behind-the-scenes. Alison and Rochelle were set to present more shows together but Eamonn Holmes, who has since left This Morning after 15 years, was drafted in at the last minute when Alison had to miss the show due to illness and Vernon Kay's planned debut was scrapped following a positive Covid test.
