Martine hoped to move permanently to the island of Oleron and wished to find a two bedroomed house with a garden on her budget of £125,000.
Straightaway, Ben warned her it would be a struggle to get everything on her wish list due to her "small budget". After ruling out the first two properties, Martine and Remi loved the third one Ben showed them.
He then had to try and better it, but failed miserably with the fourth option, with Martine instantly disliking it when he told her it had no outdoor space at all.
