Celebrating the hotel’s long history of wonderful cakes and pastries, the hotel showcases the very best offerings from executive pastry chef Nicolas Rouzand and his amazing team, from yuzu eclairs and lemon madeleines to passion fruit mousse cake.
There are a few table for eating in but ordering over the phone then popping in to collect your delicacies, all beautifully boxed and bowed, is just as fun.
