Don't miss a thing that's happening in and around Bury by signing up to the free MyBury newsletter Manchester rapper Bugzy Malone has spoken out about the moments that led up to his near-fatal bike crash in Bury that left him fighting for survival.

The 29-year-old was riding a three-wheel bike on Rochdale Road earlier this year when it was involved in a smash with another vehicle.

Bugzy, whose real name is Aaron Davis, was taken to hospital suffering serious injuries following the crash at around 9.20pm on March 25, 2020.

The musician, who is understood to have recently been living in Ramsbottom, says he was 'speeding about to entertain' apparent fans who caught his attention in the moments before the crash.
